Andrew DeWeese, PC Attorney at Law Experience Driven by Integrity

About us

About us

Our firm is attorney Andrew DeWeese and operations manager / paralegal Steph Barnhart. We are based in Portland and handle matters statewide.

Our practice involves advising and representing clients who are in the most stressful situations of their lives: a hostile takeover; the breakdown of relationships in a family business; a notice of intent to revoke a business license; a catastrophic business loss.

These critical situations call for a lawyer who correctly analyzes the legal relationships at stake, who clearly and accurately describes the legal stakes involved to their client, and who is a skilled courtroom advocate.

This lawyer must also be committed to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism, so the client does not question the lawyer’s commitment to acting solely in the client’s best interests and providing unvarnished, direct advice and counsel.

Thus, our motto is “Experience Driven by Integrity.” We put these values into practice every day when serving our clients, and we are proud that many clients continue to rely on our counsel for years.
