Steph Barnhart is an accomplished project manager and operations professional based in Portland, Oregon. She serves as Administrator and Paralegal at Andrew DeWeese, PC (ADPC), where she supports the firm’s legal, operational, and strategic initiatives. Known for her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute complex projects, Barnhart brings extensive experience in event production, business operations, compliance, logistics, public relations, and community engagement.

As co-founder and lead organizer of the Cultivation Classic—the Pacific Northwest’s premier cannabis competition—Barnhart developed sophisticated project management systems and gained deep expertise navigating Oregon’s cannabis regulatory landscape. Her work has helped shape some of the state’s most recognized cannabis events and educational experiences.

Earlier in her career, Barnhart produced Portland’s first legal public cannabis event, while leading event programming at Willamette Week, organized the Oregon Cannabis Association’s popular Summer Fair, and produced numerous cannabis education and industry events. Prior to joining Andrew DeWeese, PC, she served as Operations Manager at Green Light Law Group, where she enhanced human resources, client services, and office management procedures, and also served as the lead project manager coordinating two different physical office relocations, including opening of a new office branch in Seattle, Washington.

Barnhart studied journalism and public relations at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Outside of work, she can often be found backpacking in the Cascade Mountains with her partner, practicing yoga, or volunteering at her kid’s school, where she has served as Co-President of the Parent Teacher Student Association and in numerous other leadership roles.
