LIBEL RETRACTION

After serving in an appointed position with state government, client was the target of an ethics complaint. After our presentation and argument, the Oregon Ethics Commission failed to move forward with the complaint.

JUDICIAL ETHICS VICTORY

An attorney client was the subject of a detailed ethics complaint directed to a federal judge, submitted by multiple high-profile lawyers from a national firm. The judge initially set a hearing on an expedited basis, but after reviewing our detailed 20+ page rebuttal, cancelled the hearing and issued an order referring the matter to the federal court disciplinary committee, and also recommending one of the opposing lawyers for discipline.

HARASSMENT SETTLEMENT

Client was a high-profile founder of a cannabis distribution company, and was forced out after being sexually harassed by a co-founder. We were able to obtain a very favorable settlement in mediation.

DISCRIMINATION SETTLEMENT

Client was fired from her position as manager in an international clothing company and lost her pregnancy as a result of verbal abuse she suffered prior to being fired. We reached a confidential settlement with her former employer before even filing a lawsuit.
