Steph Barnhart is an experienced project manager based in Portland, Oregon. She brings a uniquely diverse skill set to her role at ADPC, where she supports DeWeese as Administrator and Paralegal. Barnhart is known for her organizational acumen, commitment to excellence, and capacity for hard work. Her expertise includes event production, community relations, compliance, logistics, public relations, and business operations. As a co-founder and primary organizer of the Cultivation Classic, the premier cannabis competition in the Pacific Northwest, Barnhart developed a unique understanding of the state cannabis regulatory environment and created a wide variety of project management systems.

Earlier in her career, Barnhart produced Portland’s first legal, public cannabis party while directing events at Willamette Week, twice facilitated Oregon Cannabis Association’s The Summer Fair, and has built numerous other cannabis education experiences. Prior to joining DeWeese at Andrew DeWeese, PC, Barnhart was Operations Manager of Green Light Law Group.

Barnhart studied journalism and public relations at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Away from her laptop, Barnhart strives to be on backpacking adventures in the Cascade Mountain range with her partner, on her yoga mat, or volunteering at her kiddo’s middle school, where she has served as co-president of the Parent Teacher Student Association, as well as in a variety of other roles
